At Fashion Stars, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Returns

• Damaged or Faulty Items: If the item is damaged or has an issue upon delivery, please contact us immediately after receiving your order via WhatsApp.
• Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Non-returnable Items: Items that are worn, used, or without their original packaging cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

• Eligibility: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund will only cover the cost of the product and not the Delivery fee unless the item is damaged or faulty.

3. How to Return an Item

• Contact us immediately after receiving your order if the item is damaged or has an issue.
• Provide your order number, product details, and photos of the damage or issue (if applicable).
• We will guide you on how to return the item and issue the refund.

4. Exchanges

• You can exchange items for a different size within 48 hours of receiving the item, as long as the item is in unused condition and in original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for paying the exchange delivery costs.
