1. Shipping Locations

We deliver to all cities in Morocco.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days depending on your city.
• Delivery Fees:
  • Casablanca: 20 MAD
  • Other Cities: 35 MAD
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over 500 MAD.

3. Order Processing

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp.
• You must confirm the order within 48 hours; otherwise, the order will be canceled.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: We accept returns if the item is damaged or has an issue upon delivery. The item must be in original condition and packaging.
• Exchanges: You can exchange for a different size within 48 hours of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the delivery cost. The item must be unused and in original condition.
