2. Orders

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp. You must confirm your order within 48 hours, or it will be canceled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Payment

  • All prices on our website are in MAD (Moroccan Dirhams).
  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Bank Transfer
    • CashPlus payments

4. Shipping

  • We deliver to all cities in Morocco.
  • Delivery takes 1–3 business days, depending on the city.
  • Delivery fees are 20 MAD for Casablanca and 35 MAD for other cities.
  • Shipping is free for orders over 500 MAD.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns if the item is damaged or has an issue upon delivery. The item must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges: You can exchange for a different size within 48 hours of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the delivery cost. The item must be unused and in original condition.

6. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure our products are in stock, but if an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
